浅盒形板壳件毛坯展开的算法研究 被引量:4

摘要 在浅盒形板壳件毛坯几何算法的基础上,分析了盒形板壳件拉深过程中的变形与网格变化,阐述了盒形板壳件的设计特点及冲压成形条件,基于Bézier曲线构建,对盒形板壳件直边上的毛坯展开给出了解析计算,其计算结果所得到的毛坯展开图形与几何算法所得到的毛坯展开图形结果基本一致,两者的展开图形的面积也非常接近。该方法求解具有一定的应用价值。 On geometric method of blank expanding in shallow rectangular shell, deformation and grids variation in drawing operation of rectangular shell were analyzed. The design requirement and deforming condition of rectangular box were stated. Based on Bézier curve, a calculation of blank expanding on straight sides in shallow rectangular shell was presented, and blank expanding curve of calculation was agreed well with that of the geometric method. According to the equal area before and after drawing, the areas of blank expanding are very approx. The calculation of blank expanding is useful for application.
