模具凸棱升高斜率对楔横轧蜗杆轴齿形的影响

摘要 利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟楔横轧轧制蜗杆轴的成形过程,使用不同的模具凸棱升高斜率可以得到5种模拟结果。对轧件各齿高和螺距进行测量,计算其相对误差,利用Origin软件可绘出齿高和螺距的相对误差图。分析表明,选择合适的凸棱升高斜率可以改善轧件的成形效果,斜率过大会增加轧件的瞬时误差,斜率过小,加工误差积累严重,也不容易成形完整的齿形。 The course of cross wedge rolling forming of the worn shafts was simulated by means of FEM software- DEFORM-3D. For different die convex edge's slope raises, there were five different results of the simulation. Each tooth's height and screw-pitch of the rolled part were measured and their relative errors were gained by calculation, the charts of the relative errors were drawn by means of Origin. The comparison shows that the suitable the die convex edge's slope raise can improve the forming effect. If the slope is too large, the rolled part's instantaneous error will increase and if the slope is too small, there will be a had error accumulation in the forming process and it is also difficult to forming integrated tooth's shape.
