摘要
通过对热锻模的影响因素进行分析,提出热锻模材料的理想结构应包含基体区、工作区、过渡区3个部分。在普通热作模具钢表面用等离子弧喷涂优质耐热、耐磨的热作模具钢涂层,然后用电子束熔凝处理,使模具钢与涂层形成全面的冶金结合。采用这种先"喷"后"熔"的方式形成的热锻模材料理想结构将能大大提高其使用寿命。
By analyzing the influence factors of hot forging die, it was put forward that the ideal structure of hot forging die material should include three parts : basal body zone, working zone and transition zone. The top quality heat-resistant wear-resistant hot working-die steel coating was sprayed on the surface of common hot working die steel and was treated by electron beam melting to form comprehensive metallurgical bonding. The ideal structure of hot forging die material manufactured by this first spray and second melting method can greatly improve its service life.
