摘要 研究了稀土Ce对45Cr2NiMoVSi热锻模具钢强度、硬度、塑性和冲击韧性的影响,并在相同的热处理工艺条件下,分别加入5种不同含量Ce后与不添加Ce的45Cr2NiMoVSi钢的力学性能进行对比。结果表明:Ce添加量在适当的范围内可显著提高45Cr2NiMoVSi的强度、硬度、塑性和冲击韧性,并且当Ce添加量为0.22%时,45Cr2NiMoVSi钢可获得最好的综合力学性能。 Effect of RE cerium on strength, hardness, plasticity and impact ductility of 45Cr2NiMoVSi hot die steel was studied. The mechanical properties of 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel with five different contents of RE cerium were compared with those of the 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel without RE cerium under the same heat treatment process. The result shows that strength, hardness, plasticity and impact ductility of 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel are improved greatly if the content of RE cerium is proper. And when the content of RE cerium is 0. 22% (mass percent), the 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel has the best mechanical property.
