瘰疬宁胶囊剂对豚鼠结核病的治疗作用

用人型结核杆菌Ｈ３７ＲＶ标准株皮下感染豚鼠，造成豚鼠结核病模型。瘰疬宁胶囊剂能使结核病豚鼠体重降低百分率明显减小；高、中两个剂量组豚鼠颈部肿大的淋巴结数目明显少于阴性对照组；该药还可减轻其脾、肺、肝的病变程度（肉眼观察）和脾、肺、肝、淋巴结的重量指数；病理检查发现，该药可使脾、肺、肝、淋巴结的干酪性坏死发生率显著降低；并能减少脾、肺、肝及淋巴结结核杆菌培养的活菌单位数目。

Pathological examination found that it also lowered the incidence of caseation of spleen, lung, liver and lymph node. In addition, the drug also decreased colony counting of Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture in spleen, lung, liver and lymph node of tuberculotic guinea pig.
