摘要
DHaseⅠ敏感位点的存在,是染色质水平上基因活化调节的重要基础之一。为探讨E2诱发垂体PRL瘤形成的表基因机制,本工作观察了E2诱致的垂体催乳素瘤催乳素基因DNaseⅠ敏感位点的改变。结果表明:E2诱致大鼠垂体前叶PRL瘤细胞PRL基因的DNaseⅠ敏感位点较正常大鼠增多,提示在E2诱发PRL瘤形成过程中,PRL基因处于活化状态。
The present work determined whether there was. a change in the state of DNase I sites in the chromatin of anterior pituitary tumors induced -by estradiol in SD rat. by Southern blot hybridization. The results indicated that the PRL gene in the chromatin of anterior pituitary tumors induced by estradiol was more sensitive to digestion by DNase I than the control group. This suggested that PRL gene in the chromatin of anterior pituitary tumors induced by estradiol was in a more active state than the normal anterior pituitary.
