摘要
文章综述了淀粉、纤维素及右旋糖苷等3类多糖类微凝胶的制备方法及其在缓控释给药系统中的应用研究进展。多糖类微凝胶的制备方法主要有:物理法、化学共沉淀法、反相微乳液法、微乳-溶剂挥发法及全水相法等,其中不使用有害溶剂的全水相法最具发展潜力。多糖类微凝胶在药物缓控释、降低药物毒害性、提高药物的生物利用度等方面均显示出优势,已成功应用于胰岛素、布洛芬等多种药物的包载与缓控释。
Studies on polysaccharide microgels being used as the carrier for sustained and controlled drug delivery systems has become an important research field in polymeric science. In this paper, three kinds of polysaccharide microgels and their related application are reviewed. The physical method, chemical precipitation, reversed phase microemulsion, microemulsion-solvent volatilization and total aqueous phase method are used to synthesize polysaccharide microgels, including starch microgels, cellulose microgels and dextran microgels. The method of total aqueous phase without toxic solvents is the most promising way. The microgels show many advantages in drug sustained and controlled release, decreasing toxic, improving bioavailability in vivo, etc. Moreover, they are successively used to load and control the release of the medicine such as Insulin, Brufen, and so on.
