摘要
以苯乙烯、4-乙烯基吡啶、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为原料,采用自由基溶液聚合法合成了含有双锚固基团(苯环和吡啶环)的新型高分子分散剂PSVD.通过FT-IR1、H-NMR表征共聚物的结构,并测定了共聚物的特性粘数与阳离子单体含量.用PSVD对颜料红245进行分散,因双锚固基团的协同作用共同作用于颜料表面能增强对颜料的分散效果,故所制备的阳离子超细颜料分散液粒径<200 nm,分散稳定性为50.4%.
A new cationic polymeric dispersant containing dual-anchors (benzene ring and pyridine ring) was synthesized using styrene, 4-vinylpyridine and methacryloloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride as materials by radical solution polymerization. The structures of copolymer were characterized by FT-IR and ^1H-NMR. The intrinsic viscosity of the copolymer and content of cationic monomer were also measured. Pigment Red 245 was dispersed by PSVD, and the dispersing effect to the pigment was enhanced for the synergism of dual-anchors. Accordingly, the particle size of prepared cationic ultra-fine pigment was smaller than 200 nm and the dispersion stability was 50.4%.
