摘要
研究了活性染料固色代用碱H在活性染料浸染中的应用,并比较固色代用碱H与碳酸钠在应用性能和染色效果上的差异.结果表明,固色代用碱H用量在2.0~3.0 g/L时与碳酸钠20 g/L固色效果相当;采用固色代用碱H固色,对深色织物的色光和染色牢度几乎无影响;在染浅色时,会产生色光相对偏暗,受到限制.另外,固色代用碱H用量少,化料容易,使用方便,染色后容易清洗.但固色代用碱H的pH缓冲能力不如碳酸钠,使用中应严格控制用量.
The applied properties of the alternative alkali H for fixation during the dip dyeing process of reactive dyes were studied. The differences between the alternative alkali H and sodium carbonate at applied properties and dyeing results were compared. The results showed that the fixation effect of 2.0-3.0 g/L usage of alternative alkali H usage was equal to a that of 20 g/L sodium carbonate. The alternative alkali H for fixation had little effect on the hue and color fastness of darked fabric. However, the alternative alkali H would lead to dark hue for the light color fabric, which limited its application. Furthermore, the alternative alkali H had the advantages of saving material, tending to be dissolved, usableness,easy to be cleaned after dyeing. But the buffer capacity of the alternative alkali H was worse than sodium carbonate, so its dosage should be strictly controlled.
