摘要
通过调研发现,资本和劳动者的强弱地位悬殊、法制不健全、政府监管不力及工会职能发挥不充分是影响我国劳动关系和谐的重要因素。对此提出如下对策:提高法制观念,建立健全行业性和区域性工会组织,加强劳动监察执法,推行工资集体协商、集体合同,加大劳动争议处理的调解力度。
According to the survey, we found that the disparity in position between the capital and the labor, the unsound legal system, the ineffective government supervision and the insufficiently exerting of labor union' s function are the important factors which affect harmonious labor relations of our province. Thus we put forward the following countermeasures: improve people' s constitutional awareness, build and consummate field and regional union organization, reinforce labor supervision, carry forward the collective consulting salaries and contracts, and enhance the mediation of labor disputes settlement.
