摘要
用血管铸型、标本透明及组织切片法.在光镜和扫描电镜下观察了胃贲门部和胃底的血管的微细分布和立体构筑、胃壁血管由浆膜下、肌织膜、粘膜下及粘膜血管丛组成.胃粘膜动脉在粘膜层固有膜的深侧分支形成毛细血管网.胃腺间的毛细血管网最为密集.在胃粘膜表层.毛细血管围绕腺体的开口形成较大的毛细血管环.胃贲门部和胃底部毛细血管的构筑有所下同.
The fine distribution and three-dimensional architecture of the cardiac part and fundus of the stomach were studied by light and scanning electron microscopy. The intramural blood vessels consisted of subserosa. muscle, submucosal and mucosal blood plexus. The mucosal arteries branch formed capillary networks in the deeper layer of the lamina propria. and the density of the networks was greatest in the gastric glands. In the superficial layer of the mucosa . the capillaries formed greater hoop surrounding the opening of the gland. The architecture of capillaries in the cardiac part differed from that of the fundus of the stomach.
