多囊卵巢综合征的病因学及诊断研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄妇女常见的一种累及生殖系统的多系统疾病,其发病机制至今仍不是很清楚,目前认为不仅遗传因素对发病有影响,环境因素在发病中也起一定的作用。近年来关于PCOS的诊断,不同国家及地区虽在强调卵巢形态学异常、高雄激素血症及月经紊乱方面达成共识,但在具体的诊断标准上还存在争议。本文对PCOS的病因学研究与诊断进展进行阐述。
