摘要
为了解腹壁淋巴管对物质转运的功能及其与机体免疫功能状态之间的关系,进行了此实验.取成年Wistar大鼠10只,随机分为两组,A组动物以4mg环磷酰胺/100g体重的剂量隔日腹腔注射一次.B组注射生理盐水.动物于第三次注射后,开始以1ml/100g体重的剂量腹腔注射40%印度墨水.每日一次.连续注射两天.动物经环磷酰胺处理后.腹壁引流淋巴管对腹腔内的碳粒清除速度下降.碳粒滞留于腹腔内,但其一旦进入淋巴管内则即限制于内.而不能由管内向管外扩散.对照组动物腹腔内碳粒清除快,腹壁内很少滞留.但其在淋巴管的引流途中,可以大量向管周扩散.实验证明,抑制机体的免疫功能,可以降低淋巴管的通透性.
When the immunity of rats was suppressed by cyctophosphamide, the clearance of carbon particles in peritoneal cavaties was very slow, and so many particles were clustered in the tissues of the abdominal walls. When the particles went into the lymphatic vessels, they were limited strictly in vessels and could not permeate out. In the control, the particles in peritoneal cavaties were cleared very fast, only a few particles were left in the abdominal wall. The particles were carried into the lymphatic vessels quickly, but along the lymphatic reflux path, most of them permeated out of the vessels and went into the tissues. These results demonstrate that immunosup-pression will reduce the permeabilitry of the lymph-vessel-wall.
