摘要
从节能型电网小水电调度系统建设的必要性出发,对当前电网小水电调度系统中的难点和存在问题进行了分析,并提出了电网小水电调度系统建设的框架,对系统建设的关键技术进行了分析和建议。
Based on the necessity of building small hydropower dispatching automation system, difficulties and problems in its development are analyzed,and the frame of its constructions is proposed. Key technique of system construction is analyzed and suggestions are proposed.
