摘要
针对水电厂竞价上网提供报价决策的特点,给出了水电厂边际成本、水电机组启动成本与旋转备用机会成本的计算方法,并根据成本分摊理论建立了峰谷电价机制下的水电厂边际成本计算数学模型。实例验证表明,该方法可用于水电厂边际成本的计算。
A peak-valley marginal cost computing model is established on the basis of theories of marginal cost pricing method and cost apportionment theory. This method has considered the specificity of hydropower: start-up and spinning reserve of generating unit. This method is proved to be suitable for hydropower producer to account the cost taking the case of two hydropower producers.
