紫外线照射对DNA修复基因RAD24转录的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:紫外损伤对DNA修复基因RAD24转录的影响。方法:以酿酒酵母HY684为实验对象,用波长254nm紫外线分别在0、37、50和70J/m2等强度下照射不同时间,提取总RNA,应用Northern杂交方法检测RAD24基因转录水平的变化。结果:37J/m2及50J/m2分别照射20~120min明显提高RAD24基因转录水平。结论:低剂量紫外线照射可提高RAD24基因转录水平,该基因的表达具有损伤诱导性。 Objective:To demonstrate the effect of UVdamage on the transcription level of DNA repair gene RAD24. Methods:The yeast S.cerevisiae HY684 cells were used as targets, and 254 nm UV was used as irradiation source, RAD24 mRNA expression in yeast HY684 was studied when yeast cells were exposed to 0, 37,50 and 70 J/m2 for different time, respectively. Results:The transcription level of RAD24 gene rose when cells were exposed to 37 J/m2, 50 J/m2 for 20~120 minutes. Conclusion: Low dose irradiation of UV could elevate the expression at transcription level of RAD24 gene, which would be damageinducible.
