摘要
通过缩合反应在聚羧酸系减水剂的分子主链上接枝具有降低水泥砂浆收缩性能的官能团,合成了一种具有减缩增强功能的聚羧酸系减水剂。试验结果表明,该减水剂具有较高减水率,同时还具有较好的减缩性能,可提高混凝土的耐久性而不增加成本,通过研究与其它减水剂及减缩剂在水中的表面张力来尝试探讨其作用机理。
A shrlnkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by introducing a shrinkage-reducing group as a side-chain into the molecular structure of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Experiment results show that this superplasticizer has a high water reducing effect as well as a high shrinkage-reducing effect. The durability of concrete can be improved by this superplasticizer without adding any cost. The action mechanism of shrinkage- reducing was discussed by investigating the surface tension in water with other water reducing agents and shrinkage-reducing agents.
