摘要 研究了植被型多孔混凝土的配合比设计方法及其制备工艺,配制出不同的种植基进行植生试验。结果表明,当包裹粗骨料的浆体流动度为180~210mm时,采用绝对体积法能够有效计算出植被型多孔混凝土的配合比;在制备工艺上探索出一种"预包裹"技术,采用4步搅拌工序和振捣与加压相结合的成型方式;由膨润土、营养土、珍珠岩、花生肤与种子等按一定比例混合而成的种植基,采取渗透方法填充多孔混凝土内部孔隙,再加上相应的养护与管理,完全能使植物在其上面茁壮成长。 Mix proportion design and preparation technique of porous concrete adapt to plants-growing have been studied,and planting experiment is carded through by preparing different plant substrates. The results show that the mix proportion design of porous concrete can be effectively calculated by adopting absolute volume method when the fluidity of packed coarse aggregate slurry is 180~210 mm, A pre-pack technique on preparation process is explored by using four steps mixing process and molding technique of vibration and surface compaction. The green plants can thrive on the porous concrete surface with the planting substrate which is composed of bentonite,nutrient soil, pearlite, peanut residue and plant seeds filling in concrete inner spacing and with appropriate curing and management.
