摘要
介绍一种用于混凝土表面喷涂聚脲用的双组分环氧基底涂材料,并与市场上几类主要底涂产品进行了性能对比,研究其在干燥和潮湿基面上的粘接性能。相对于聚氨酯类底涂材料,环氧底涂能使层间附着力更高,在潮湿基面上也能保持一定的粘接强度。经环氧底涂界面处理放置5d进行聚脲喷涂,界面仍然保持较高粘接强度。
A bicomponent epoxy radical primary coating material used for spraying polyurea on the surface of concrete is described and compared with performance of main products in market,its adhesion intensity in dry or wet base is studied. The epoxy primary coat has better ply adhesion than polyurethanes primary coating material,and it can also keep a certain adhesive strength in wet base. The interface can still hold greater adhesive strength under the condition of spraying polyurea after the interface is primary coated with epoxy and placed for five days.
