牙齿动度与牙周膜生物力学性能关系的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探明牙齿动度自动诊断系统测量值与牙周膜生物力学性能的关系,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:选择透明环氧树脂有牙颌模型为实验模型,其实验牙(1)的牙周膜用硅橡胶模拟。用牙齿动度自动诊断系统和Periotest分别测定牙周膜生物力学性能(硬度、粘度)改变时的牙齿动度。结果:模拟牙周膜的Asker硬度和粘度增加,反映牙齿动度的粘性参数值c1、c2、k随之升高,但Periotest值则随之降低;粘弹性参数值与牙周膜Asker硬度和粘度呈显著正相关、与Periotest值呈显著负相关。结论:①牙周膜组织变软将使粘弹性参数值c1、c2、k降低。②粘弹性参数值降低标志着牙齿松动度增加。 Objective: To investigate the effects of biomechanical properties of periodontal membrane on the tooth mobility parameters .Methods: An epoxy resin dental study model was employed and the right maxillary central incisor was selected as the experimental tooth. The periodontal membrane of the incisor was imitated with three types of dental elastomeric impression material and a bite registration material respectively, and the mechanical mobility of the incisor was tested with the Automatic diagnosis system for tooth mobility and the Periotest under every biomechanical property condition ( Hardness and Consistency ) of the imitating materials.Results: The results showed that when the hardness and the consistency of the membrane was lower, the numerical values of c 1, c 2 and k were smaller, on the contrary, the Periotest Value ( PTV) was bigger. Significant inverse correlation was found between PTV and each parameter (c 1, c 2 and k) given by the Automatic Diagnostic System. Concluston:① The soft tooth support tissue results in low numerical value of c 1,c 2 and k;② The decreases in the numerical value of c 1,c 2 and/or k signified the increase in tooth mobility.
