摘要
考查了自制缓凝剂用量对混合后胶粘剂黏度和适用期的影响,以及多元醇对胶粘剂强度的影响,添加填料及其他助剂制备了双组分聚氨酯结构胶。该胶混合后适用期达65min,本体拉伸强度达39.5MPa,拉伸剪切强度达17.5MPa,且胶片韧性好,应用于风力发电行业的叶片粘接效果好,应用前景广阔。
Using polyether polyols and MDI as main raw materials,adding retarder and filler,a two component PU structural adhesive was prepared. The content of Self made retarder which affected the viscosity and pot life of adhesive and type of polyether polyol which affected the strength of adhesive ,were discussed.The adhesive had higher adhesion strengths and excellent toughness ,The pot life was 65 min ,tensile strength was 39.5 MPa ,shearing strength was 17.5 MPa.It can be used to bonding wind turbine blade in wind power field and had a wide prospect of application.
