摘要
通过自由基聚合将甲基丙烯酸酯和氯丁橡胶进行接枝共聚,形成高韧性聚合物,加入补强填料,使丙烯酸酯胶粘剂达到高强度、高韧性。该胶粘剂综合性能优异,其拉伸强度为14.8MPa,扯断伸长率为231%。
The high-elasticity polymer was prepared using graft-copolymerization of methacrylate with chloroprene rnbber（CR） by radical copolymerization.Adding the reinforcing filler into the polymer the acrylate adhesive with high strength and high elasticity was obtained. The adhesive has excellent comprehensive performance,and its tensile strength and elongation at break are 14.38 Mpa and 231%,respectively.
