摘要
文章研究了USB/UCB半自动化检测与维护系统的测试通道校准方法。该系统测量通道多,而且各自对应不同的RF频率和功率范围。利用矢量网络分析仪测量各个测试通道在其对应频段内的衰减,通过线性插值方法拟和其校准曲线。并在实际参数测试时测试结果进行动态补偿。最后以三阶交调测量时的误差修正为例验证了该测试通道校准方法确实可行。
In order to assure veracity of ATS, Automatic Test System ATS must be calibrated. Calibration Method of ATS is a new problem in the metrology field and there's not the relevant calibration criterion interiority. USB/UCB Semiautomatic Detect and Maintenance System is a ATS for microwave system and the test channel of it is complicated. Each of the test channels is for different RF frequency and level. The calibration for USB/UCB Semiautomatic Detect and Maintenance System is becomes the key of the estimate of the ATS' test result. The USB/UCB Semiautomatic Detect and Maintenance System' calibration method based on Vector Network Analyzers are used according to the difference of test accuracy, and app location result shows its feasibility.
