西门子PLC在碳三加氢保护床装置联锁系统中的应用

An application of the Siemens PLC to an interlock system for carbon three hydrogenation protection units

为满足碳三加氢保护床装置的工艺要求,设计了以SIEMENS-MOORE公司开发的QUADLOG PLC为核心的联锁保护系统,详细介绍了该系统的软件设计和硬件组成。采用4-ma-tion软件实现联锁的组态设计,应用MODULBUS实现模块间的通讯。实际运行结果表明,整个系统硬件成本低,很好地满足了工艺上的要求。

To meet the requirement of carbon three hydrogenation protection units, an interlock protection system is designed by using the QUADLOG PLC as its core, which is developed by the Siemens- Moore Corp. The paper gives an introduction to the system hardware and software. The interlock system is configurated by using the 4 - mation software. The communication is performed by MODULBUS. The actual application shows that the hardware cost is low, and that the whole system can meet the requirment of its technological process.
