摘要
以GIS和数据库技术为基础,采用组件式集成二次开发方式,开发石化重大危险源管理信息系统,为石化安全生产和管理服务。详细阐述了系统的设计目标、构成、功能、方案和结构。动态显示危险源在不同情况下的风险水平和范围,检索可能受影响的人和物,为风险评估提供可靠的数据,为防灾、避灾、救灾工作提供有力的技术支持,辅助管理者作出准确、及时的决策。
The paper makes use of an integrated secondary development method to develop a GIS - based management information system to deal with the hazardous sources of petrochemical materials so as to serve safety production and relevant management. The paper presents the design objective, configuration ,functions, implementation scheme and structure of the system including the dynamic display of the risk level and coverage in different circumstances, as well as the retrieval of some suffering persons and things, thus providing reliable data for risk assessment and strong technical support for taking precautions against unexpected calamities, avoiding calamities and helping managers to make effective decisions.
