对“年新增书率”公式的纠正

Correction for the Formula of New Books Adding Rate Every Year

根据我国图书出版现状和各高校图书馆馆藏数量的差异性,认为年新增书率应反映年出版新书总种数,公式修正为:年新增书率=年进新书总种数/年出版新书总种数×100%。

Based on the current status of books publishing in China and the difference of collections quantity in each academic library in China, the author thinks the formula of new books adding rate every year should be total kinds new of book purchased every year/total kinds of new book published every year × 100%.
