甘精胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗初诊2型糖尿病疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Insulin Glargine Combined with Novonorm in Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察甘精胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗初诊2型糖尿病疗效。方法选择本院初诊为2型糖尿病40例患者,在规范饮食、合理运动基础上,每天注射甘精胰岛素,同时口服诺和龙治疗一个月。结果40例患者经甘精胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗一个月后,FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TC、TG明显改善,较治疗前比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),所有患者血糖均得到满意控制,且无严重低血糖发生等并发症发生。结论甘精胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗初诊2型糖尿病具有良好效果及安全性,且依从性好。

Objective To observe the efficacy of insulin glargine combined with novonorm in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods Forty patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Under the rational diet and reasonable exercise, the patients were injected with insulin glargine hypodermicly once at 10 o＇ clock every night, meanwhile novonorm was given orally for one month. Results After one- month insulin glargine and novonorm combination treatment, 40 patients＇ FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TC, and TG improved significantly, there were significant differences between before and after treatment （P〈 0.05）. Insulin glargine and novonorm combination treatment possessed obvious effects of controlling blood glucose, and no severe hypoglycemia and other complications occurred. Conclusions Combination of insulin glargine and novonorm is effective and safe in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, and with good compliance.
