摘要
在电机转子参数辨识中,由集肤效应引起的转子导条电阻增大系数与转子槽漏感减小系数是必须要考虑的因素,介绍了一种异步电机转子复杂槽型的分层处理方法,并根据电磁基本定律,推导了笼型转子导条集肤效应的数值计算公式,并给出了电阻增大系数与转子槽漏感减小系数的计算结果实例。通过与传统计算方法的对比说明了该方法的有效性。
It is an important factor that resistance increase factor and leakage inductance decrease factor derived skin effect in parameter identification of motor rotor. A method which divides the complex bar-shape of asynchronous motor into layers was introduced. On the basis of elementary electromagnetic laws, formulae of numerical calculation of skin effect in the cage rotor were deduced. The calculated results of resistance increase factor and leakage reactance decrease factor were given. Comparing the results of this method with convention- al method for solving this problem, the advantageous features of our method are made clear.
