摘要
[目的]研究NaC l胁迫对3个黄瓜品种种子发芽的影响,为黄瓜抗盐育种和盐渍土黄瓜丰产栽培提供理论依据。[方法]以3个黄瓜品种为材料,用不同浓度的NaC l溶液(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%)对其进行处理,以清水处理为对照,测定种子发芽率、幼苗根长和苗长。[结果]3个参试品种的种子萌发率、幼苗根长、苗长、最长侧根数及根数均存在随着盐浓度的增大而降低的趋势。[结论]总体来看,品种"博美53-1"最耐盐,"博美05-192"最不耐盐。
[ Objective] The effects of salt stress on the seed germinations and seedling growth of 3 types of cucumber varieties were studied to provide theoretical basis for cucumber salt tolerance breeding and high-yield cultivation on salt soil. [ Method ] With 3 cucumber varieties as material, they were treated by different concentrations of NaCl solution (0.2%, 0. 4%, 0. 6%, 0.8% and 1.0% ) and the treatment with clear water was taken as CK. The seed germination rate, root length of seedling and seedling height were detected. [ Result ] The results showed that germination rate, root length, shoot length, the number of the longest side-root and the number of root of 3 types of cucumber varieties tended to decrease with the increase of salt concentration. [ Conclusion] In the whole, "Bomei 53-1 " was the most tolerant to salt and "Bomei 05-192" was not tolerant to salt.
