摘要
[目的]分析和研究不同Cd浓度处理对芦蒿生理代谢的影响。[方法]以芦蒿(Artem isia seleirgensis)为试验材料,研究了不同浓度Cd处理对丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。[结果]结果表明,Cd污染会导致芦蒿氧化胁迫,膜脂过氧化作用随着Cd处理浓度的增加而加剧;低浓度Cd(<30μmol/L)胁迫下,芦蒿体内的保护酶系统SOD和POD的活性都呈上升的趋势,表现出一定的抗逆性,但是随着Cd浓度(≥50μmol/L)的增加,SOD活性开始下降,而POD活性仍然呈上升的趋势。[结论]MDA和保护酶(SOD和POD)能灵敏地反映芦蒿受Cd污染的情况,为环境检测中评价芦蒿被Cd污染的程度提供理论依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of different concentrations of cadmium(Cd) on the physiological metabolism of Artemisia selengensis. [ Method] The effects of Cd on the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) in leaf of Artemisia seleirgensis were analyzed after treated by Cd. [ Result] The results showed that the lipid peroxidation in leaf strengthened with the increase of Cd concentration in the culture. When the Cd concentration was low ( 〈 30 μmol/L), the SOD and POD activity increased with the increase of Cd content, showing the ability of tolerance to the adversity. When the Cd content was higher ( 350 μmol/L), the SOD activity descended, while the POD activity increased. [ Conclusion] Both MDA, SOD and POD could be sensitive to Cd'pollution on Artemisia selengensis. It could provide the theoretical basis for the evaluation of Cd contamination in the course of Artemisia seleirgensis production.
