对我国野生羊肚菌的形态、营养成分、种类构成和资源分布、生长条件、生态位及人工培养技术和方法进行了阐述,对国内外羊肚菌开发利用的现状作了介绍,阐明了人工栽培研究羊肚菌的重要作用和发展前景。

This study aimed to comprehensively review the shape, species, nutrient composition, distribution of resources, growth, ecological niche and artificial culture techniques and methods of wild Morchella in China, briefly introduce the present situation of development and utilization of MorcheUa at home and abroad and finally elaborate the significance and prospects of study on artificial cultivation of Morchella.
