摘要
[目的]探讨微波法提取益母草中总生物碱的效果并确定其最佳工作参数。[方法]以常规的回流提取法作为对照,利用微波加热技术对益母草中总生物碱进行微波提取,研究料液比、微波提取时间、微波提取功率等因素对提取效果的影响,确定最佳的提取条件。[结果]微波时间为8 m in,微波功率为616 W时,基本可以提取完全。微波提取的料液比约为1∶15,从安全性能角度考虑,选择3 g样品加入50 m l提取剂的比例进行微波提取效果比较理想。[结论]该方法作为一种新的中药有效成分提取方法,具有良好的重复性和较好的精密度和准确度,有着广泛的发展前景。
[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the extraction effect of total alkaloids from the Leonurus siribicus extracted by microwave method and determine the optimum work parameters. [ Method ] With the conventional reflux extraction as CK, the total alkaloids from the L. siribicus were extracted by the microwave heating technology, the influence of some factors such as solid-liquid ratio, microwave extraction time, microwave extraction power on the extraction effect were studied and the optimum extraction condition was determined. [ Result ] The microwave extraction time of 8 rain and the microwave extraction power of 616 W could extract completely. The solid-liquid ratio of microwave extraction was about 1:15, but considering from the safe performance, adding 50 ml extractant into 3 g sample for microwave extraction could be more ideal. [ Conclusion ] The method as a new extraction method for the effective components of Chinese traditional medicine, had good repetition and better precision and accuracy, and had extensive developmental prospect.
