棉花黄萎病拮抗细菌7-30菌株的筛选与鉴定

The Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Bacterium Strain 7-30 against Verticillium dahliae

[目的]筛选大丽轮枝菌的拮抗芽孢细菌,并对其进行生理生化鉴定。[方法]以棉花黄萎病病原菌大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahli-ae)V-190为测试菌,筛选对其具有拮抗作用的芽孢细菌。通过初筛及复筛,得到1株具有较强抑菌活性的拮抗细菌7-30菌株,并对该菌株进行了形态特征观察和生理生化鉴定。[结果]通过初筛从各地的土样中分离到84株拮抗细菌菌株,再对其中拮抗能力较好的18株进行了复筛,得到抑菌圈达18.9 mm的强抑菌活性的拮抗细菌7-30菌株,结合其形态特征和生理生化特征综合考察,初步判断其为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。[结论]获得了大丽轮枝菌的拮抗芽孢细菌7-30菌株。

In order to obtain antagonistic bacteria against Verticillium dahliae,84 antagonistic strains were isolated and screened with the improved agar plate diffusion method from the soil of different districts. The strains of them were tested their antagonistic activity against Verticillium dohliae Kleb via secondary screening. As a result, a strain called 7-30 which had strong inhibition capability against yerticillum dahliac strain V-190 was obtained. Then the strain 7-30 was characterized by morphological and culture features observation, physiological and biochemical experiments. Thus the morphology characteristics ,physiological and biochemical properties of strain 7-30 were further studied. The 7- 30 strain was identified as a kind of Bacillus subtilis.
