摘要
[目的]为控制水稻条纹叶枯病,促进水稻安全生产提供依据。[方法]采用生物测定法,测定二叶一心期至五叶一心期4个龄期的秧苗对水稻条纹病毒的耐病性。[结果]不同龄期的秧苗对水稻条纹病毒的耐病性不一样。被带毒灰飞虱刺吸取食后,二叶一心期秧苗的发病率达100.0%;三叶一心期秧苗的发病率为75.0%;四叶一心期秧苗的发病率为31.8%;而五叶一心期秧苗的发病率为0。即各龄期秧苗对水稻条纹病毒耐病性由强至弱为:五叶一心期(四叶一心期(三叶一心期(二叶一心期。[结论]秧苗处于不同龄期对水稻条纹病毒的耐病性存在一定的差异,秧苗的龄期越小对条纹病毒的耐病性越差。
[ Objective ] The basis for security rice production under the control of rice stripe virus was provided. [ Method ] The resistance of rice seedling in stage from two leaves to five leaves to the rice stripe virus(RSV) was measured with the biological method . [ Results] The rice seedling with different ages had the different resistance to the rice stripe virus. The RSV incidence rate of the rice seedling at two leaves stage could was as high as 100.0% if it was infected by Laodelphax striatellus bringing the virus; at three leaves stage, 75.0% ; at four leaves stage, 31.8% and at five leaves, zero. The resistance of the rice seedling to RSV from weak to strong was as follows: five-leaf 〉 four-leaf 〉 Three-leaf 〉 one-leaf period. [ Conclusion] The resistance of rice seedlings to RSV was varied with the different seedling stage and the smaller the age of rice seedling was, the worse its resistance to RSV was.
