摘要
围绕水资源系统的管理和决策,对风险识别、风险分析、风险评价、风险决策的一般方法进行了研究,其中对水资源风险的评价指标与数学模型进行了详细介绍,最后给出了水资源风险决策的几种常用方法。
This study aimed to analyze the general ways of the risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk decision making in water resources system management, describe the evaluation index and mathematical model of the water resources risk in detail and finally put forward several commonly used methods of the water resources risk decision.
