摘要
目的:探讨妊娠合并支气管哮喘的发病特点及治疗方法。方法:对30例妊娠合并支气管哮喘患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:30例妊娠合并支气管哮喘患者在检测胎儿情况下经吸氧、吸入β2受体激动剂、溴化异丙托品和糖皮质激素等治疗后,母婴预后良好。结论:妊娠期哮喘经积极合理治疗可继续妊振,对母子无明显不良影响。
Objective： To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of asthma during pergnancy. Methods： A prospective observational study was conducted in 30 cases of asthma during pregnancy. Result：The prognosis of 30 patients with asthma was good for both mother and fetus. Conclusion： Effective management and prevention of asthma during pregnancy is key to ensuring the safety of the mother and the fetus.
