Assessment of Land Arrangement Impact on Ecological Environment

土地整理是一种常见的人类改造地理环境的活动,其目的在于提高土地利用率,满足人类生存和发展的需要。因此探讨土地整理活动对生态环境的影响,对土地资源的合理利用是必要的。从土地整理案例出发,结合目前研究现状,分析土地整理活动中对生态环境造成影响的各个因素,以及它们的作用性质和强度,建立起评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法进行指标量化。运用模糊综合评判方法对案例进行评价,建立起土地整理生态环境影响评价的一般模型。

Integrating land arrangement cases with the present researches, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the ecological environment in land arrangements activities as well as their function and intensity, then establishes an evaluation indicator system, using Analytic hierarchy process to achieve target quantification, and after that utilizes vague comprehensive judging method to appraise the cases, establishing a general model for the ecological environment influence appraisal of land arrangements.
