摘要
在传统农用地样点地价评价方法基础上,尝试运用ArcGIS的Geostastical Analyst模块,对深泽县农用地样点地价进行探索性空间数据分析,采用Kriging空间插值法对样点地价空间分布模拟分析,插值结果通过相关性检验。空间分布模拟为农用地地价空间结构与分布研究提供了一个直观的、可视化的分析手段,由于其实用性和可操作性较强,可以为我国农用地估价研究提供新的思路和方法。
Taking Shenzhai County of Hebei Province, this paper attempts to utilize the module ot Geo-stasucal analyst m ArcCIS module to conduct an exploratory spatial data analysis which is related to agricultural sample point land value of Shenzhai County on the basis of evaluation methods of traditional agricultural sample point land value. Adopting the Kriging space interpolation method, the paper carries out a spatial distribution simulation analysis of the sample point land value and the interpolation results pass the relevant examination. The spatial distribution simulation has provided an intuitive and visual means of analysis for agricultural land distribution and the structure of space research. It might provide new ideas and research methods for agricultural land estimation research of our country because of its strong usability and feasibility.
