Problems in Overall Land Use Planning of Hubei Province and Suggestions

当前,湖北省正在编制新一轮土地利用总体规划,新一轮规划提出了更高的要求,上轮规划客观上存在很多问题和不足。采用综合分析法对湖北省上轮规划存在的主要问题进行了分析和总结,结果表明:湖北省上轮规划暴露出指标分配不合理、空间布局错位、规划缺乏弹性、规划信息化建设落后等主要问题,新一轮规划应加以改进。

A new round of overall land use planning is being prepared currently in Hubei Province, which has a higher requirement as there were some problems and shortcomings in the last round of planning. This paper adopts method of comprehensive analysis to summarize and analyze the major problems in the last round of planning, with the result that problems that existed in the last round of planning such as irrational distribution of major target, spatial layout dislocation, lack of flexibility, out-of-date planning information system should be avoided in the new round of planning.
