SYK启动子甲基化与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 DNA甲基化是一种发生在CpG二核苷酸上对胞嘧啶的共价修饰.由S-腺苷蛋氨酸提供甲基.在细胞内DNA甲基转移酶(DNA methyltransferase.DNMT)催化作用下.于DNA复制后形成5-甲基胞嘧啶的反应。该反应是对基因的转录和拼接具有重要影响的一种新的调控机制.其在细胞增殖.分化发育及基因突变方面等都起着重要作用。最新研究表明.DNA甲基化也参与肿瘤的机制.有关基因启动子异常甲基化与肿瘤发生之间关系的研究.目前主要集中在以下4类基因:抑癌基因、DNA修复基因、
