甘蓝型优质杂交油菜新品种金农油1号恢复系5735R的选育

Breeding of 5735R,a Restore Line for Jinnongyou 1 (a New Quality Hybrid Rape Variety)

以5789为母本和甘蓝型油菜黑籽双低品种6218进行有性人工杂交,经过7年8代的连续定向选择,育成了甘蓝型油菜双低常规优质品系(隐性核不育恢复系)5735R。其芥酸含量在1%以下,硫甙17.8～21.3μmol/(g·饼),含油量41.3%～43.6%,种子蛋白质21.3%～23.9%。以该品系作恢复系组配的优质杂交油菜新品种金农油1号于2007年12月通过贵州省新品种审定。

5735R, a recessive restore line with nuclear sterility, was bred from 5789 ♀× 6218♂ by continuous directive selection of 8 generations through 7 years. Its erucic acid, glucosinolates, oil and protein content is below 1%, 17.8 to 21.3 μmol/（g · cake）, 41. 3% to 43.6% and 21.3% to 23.9% respectively. Jinnongyou l, a new quality hybrid rape variety combined from 7274A）〈 5735R, was approved by Guizhou Crop Variety Examination Committee in December, 2007.
