摘要
通过对比试验选择了最佳的仪器测定条件。得到,相对标准偏差0.98%,检出限1.15μg/L,回收率为90.0%~104.7%。对国家土壤一级标准物质进行方法验证,测定值与推荐值吻合。
The optimum determination condition was studied through the control test. The relative standard deviation, detecting limit and recovery rate is 0.98%, 1.15 μg/L and 90.0% to 104.7% respectively. The result from determinating the first standard soil by the optimum determination condition accords with the recommended value.
