领导——成员交换中“关系圈”的影响探析

摘要 受有限的时间、资源以及个人精力的限制,一个领导不可能对组织里每一个员工一视同仁,可以说"关系圈"的现象必然存在。"关系圈"对员工工作满意度、同事关系及员工的组织公正感都会产生负面影响。而减小"关系圈"的负面影响的关键在于积极良好的团队氛围和适当的领导行为。
