摘要
与时俱进,创新公务员教育培训内容,增强教育培训的针对性和实效性,是不断提高公务员培训质量和培训成效的关键所在。应以需求为导向,根据需求调研的具体实际规划教育培训的内容重点;要从服务于党和政府的中心工作,服务于改革开放和经济建设的角度,立足于解决实际问题,着眼于公务员尤其是担任领导职务的公务员核心领导能力的提高,来选择和设计教育培训内容;要充分考虑到公务员学习的特殊性,遵循公务员教育培训规律来规划和设计教育培训课程体系;要树立公务员教育培训的质量意识,按照分类培训的原则,根据不同类型、不同层次公务员的实际需求,确定教育培训的内容和重点等等。
