The Reasons and The Key Measures of China's Construction of Service-oriented Government

建设服务型政府成为当前我国新一轮行政体制改革的重要内容之一,也是构建和谐社会的必然要求。人民民主专政的根本性质和中国共产党的宗旨,完善社会主义市场经济体制的需要,构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,以及目前政府自身的状况构成了我国建设服务型政府的四个方面原因。要建设服务型政府,应该善于抓主要矛盾,建设一支高素质的公务员队伍是我国建设服务型政府的关键措施。

The people＇s democratic dictatorship and the purpose of the Communist Party of China, the need of improving the socialist market economic system, the necessary requirement of building a socialist harmonious society, and the current situation of the government itself were four reasons of building a service-oriented government in china. To build a service-oriented government should be good to solve the main contradiction. Building a high-quality civil service＇s team in China is the key measures of building a service-oriented government.
