摘要
基于我国丰富的水电开发资源,分析水电开发面临的制约因素,提出水电资源开发的前景及对策,同时阐明了水电开发对于构建和谐社会,促进我国经济社会发展和环境保护的重要性和紧迫性。
Based on abundant relative data of China, hydropower development is studied in terms of its restrictive factors, prospect and measures, and it demonstrates the importance and urgency of hydropower development with respect to constructing a harmonious society, promoting economic and social development as well as protecting the environment.
