摘要
通过研究透筛概率理论,建立动力学模型和筛粒在筛面上的运动模型,得出:概率筛振幅的大小取决于偏心块的质量,振动方向角和筛体的计算质量以及抛掷指数应在3的附近选取。最后提出一种新型的裹胶变筛孔筛面,可以有效的缓解筛网的磨损、减轻筛网的堵塞。
The screening technology is reviewed,the dynamical model and the sand motion model are build to study the Probability Sieve,A conclusions is reached:the amplitude of sieve vibration is depended on the quality of eccentric block ,vibration angle and the calculated quality of screen frame and the cast index chosen around 3 is appropriate, at last,A new -style rubber-coated with hole-varied screen mesh is advanced,which can be used to relieve screen abrasion and lighten screen blockage effectively.
