摘要
根据定梁龙门铣磨床的功能需求,采用了砂带磨削对工件进行磨削加工。介绍了机床砂带磨削装置的设计计算过程,确定了砂带磨削装置总体结构与基本参数,实现了机床砂带磨削装置的设计要求,对砂带磨削的应用具有参考意义。
According to the function requirement of fixation-girder portal Milling-grind machine, the abrasive belt grinding is used to grind machining the workpiece. The design and calculation of abrasive belt grinding device of the machine are introduced,the general structure and basic parameters of abrasive belt grinding device are determined,requirements of abrasive belt grinding device of the machine are realized. It has some reference significance to the application of Abrasive belt grinding.
