摘要
针对拖拉机覆盖件的特点,利用逆向工程技术对拖拉机覆盖件进行了再设计,采用三维激光扫描设备和逆向工程软件,经过数据预处理、曲面重构等过程,得到拖拉机覆盖件的初步结构模型,然后把得到的三维模型导入三维造型软件中,进行相关的结构再设计,结果表明,所创建的新产品快速制造系统对提高拖拉机产品的开发质量和效率具有重要的意义。
Based on the characteristic of tractor panel,it takes the reverse design of wheel cover from a tractor as example ,and puts forward an integrated reverse design way. By data prepared processing, surface reconstruction,initial model of the Tractor product is obtained. How to utilize RE to redevelop and redesign tractor panel is explained,the key to realize this technology under the use of software CATIA. and the measuring accuracy using RE is introduced especially.
