摘要
基于Pro/E操作平台介绍了双圆弧齿轮的三维参数化建模方法。利用其内部开发程序,建立了双圆弧齿轮齿顶圆、齿根圆、分度圆等几何参数与模数、齿数等基本参数的关系。以旋转、扫描混合、镜像及阵列等方法,得到了双圆弧齿轮的实体模型,实现了实体模型按齿轮模数、齿数等基本参数的联动。这种设计方法对提高齿轮产品的设计、制造和装配精度有重要意义。
The method of 3D model of spiral double circular arc gear is introduced based on Program Pro/E. The relationship between the geometric parameters (such as addendum circle ,dedendum circle)and the basic parameters (such as modulus and the number of teeth)of double circular arc gear is established by using the inner program. Input the gear width and the screw-angle as well the other basic parameters of spiral double circular arc gear,the accurate 3D solid model is obtained automatically. This method is useful to improve the accuracy of design,manufacturing and assembly of double circular arc gear.
